LONG THOMPSON 4th OF JULY WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Democratic gubernatorial nominee to attend celebrations throughout Indiana
INDIANAPOLIS - Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jill Long Thompson will celebrate the 4th of July by marching in parades in Argos, Valparaiso, Gary and Kokomo on Friday and Saturday.

Friday, July 4, 2008:
1o a.m.
Argos, Ind.
Jill will begin the day in her hometown of Argos, participating in the local parade. Jill's mother-in-law is the Grand Marshall of this year's parade. The parade steps off from the Marshall County Fairgrounds, which is located on the South side of Highway 10, a half mile East of the US 31/Highway 10 intersection.
12:15 p.m.
Valparaiso, Ind.
Jill will stop by Will Park to attend Valparaiso's 4th of July festival. Will park is located at the corner of Union St. and Morgan Blvd. in Valparaiso.
3:15 p.m.
Gary, Ind.
Jill will visit with Lake County residents at Gary's 4th of July celebration. The event takes place at the U.S. Steel Yard, which is located at 1 Stadium Plaza in Gary..
Saturday, July 5, 2008:
1 p.m.
Kokomo, Ind.
Jill will visit Howard County to participate in the Haynes Apperson Parade. The parade will begin at the corner of Apperson Way and Markland Ave. in Kokomo.
