SODREL ENCOURAGED BY 2ND QUARTER FUNDRAISING NUMBERS
(Jeffersonville, IN) - Congressional Candidate Mike Sodrel today made the following statement about his congressional campaign's recent Federal Election Committee (FEC) Report. Sodrel's campaign committee raised $193,349.05 during the 2nd quarter of 2008 with $379,358.76 cash on hand.
"I'm grateful to have the support of so many individuals across this district," said Sodrel. "This same time four years ago we were sitting on about $307,000 cash on hand and we won the election. It's encouraging to be over $70,000 ahead of our last successful race."
On the 2004 July Quarterly report, the last year that Sodrel won, his committee raised $164,593.99 and showed $306,959.77 cash on hand.
