Democratic presidential candidate -- it's really hard not to start calling him President -- Barack Obama has a cool new feature on his website where you can sign up to get an e-mail announcing his running mate before the rest of the world finds out.

Granted, it'll only be a split second before the rest of the world because we live in the digital age of instant gratification, but still, it's another outside-the-box thing Obama is doing to get people personally invested in his campaign.

John McCain, meanwhile, is still trying to figure out the Google. When he does, I'm sure his campaign will send out a bitter, enraged e-mail griping about how many websites there are devoted to Barack Obama's awesomeness.

Whatevs. Sign up for Obama's notification already. You know you want to be part of the "in" crowd.

You guys really aren't still in High School, right? If McDreamy texys you first, I'll be soooo pissed!

Take off, hater! At least the Obama campaign understands technology. Just yesterday the head of the Indiana Pacers' tech department was talking about how young people are past e-mail these days; that texting and social networking sites (like Facebook) are the new way to communicate. Meanwhile, McCain still does not have an office in the state of Indiana...

Hey, McCain has a phone number. He's hip. He's with it. He'll give you his digits.
